Burn paper, burn
“The function of wallpaper is to decorate the house. On the other hand, the repetition of patterns in what consist wallpapers brings the allegory of life routine.
In my video, the routine and non-returnable processes like dammage of nature, consuming, military threat etc. replace each others by burning down.
As footages I used the shootings of burning wallpapers, made in the 60-80’s in former USSR.”
