As part of the Video Mapping Festival #7, Rencontres Audiovisuelles presents IBSIC, the annual international reference event dedicated to the video mapping industry, in the presence of the great names in the field.
About 40 speakers present case studies, artist talks, keynote speeches, participate in panel discussions and working groups to share their experiences and discuss the latest innovations in the sector.

An explorative talk discussing the nature of sound through the career and experiences of Karen Monid, sound artist and projection specialist, who has chosen to work extensively with “son et lumière” and who has been promoting knowledge of the role and development of audio usage as a critical and integral part of public installations.
