Video mapping created by Glowing Bulbs as part of the Video Mapping Festival #4.
► Procedure
Louis Pasteur successfully performed the pasteurisation procedure for the first time on 20th of April 1862. Unlike sterilisation, pasteurisation does not aim to eliminate all microorganisms, but reduces their quantity by suddenly raising their temperature to 60-90°C, and then cooling the liquid. This method decreases their number in logarithm to a dose where they can no longer have an infectious effect.
