11<sup>th<\/sup> of April 2026<br \/>\nLille &#038; Arenberg Creative Mine &#8211; France<\/strong><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Every year, as part of the opening of the <strong>Video Mapping Festival<\/strong>, Rencontres Audiovisuelles present <strong>IBSIC, the annual international reference event dedicated to the video mapping industry<\/strong>, attended by the greatest names in the field: artists, producers, technical industries, festivals and venues, local authorities, etc.<br \/>\nFor 3 days, IBSIC brings together about <strong>40 speakers <\/strong>and <strong>400 participants<\/strong>, from<strong> more than 30 countries.<\/strong><br \/>\n2 themes will be highlighted this year: Immersive mapping and Mapping &#038; performing arts.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROGRAMME 2026<br \/>\nThemes: Immersive mapping, Mapping &#038; performing arts<br \/>\n\u2022 Artist Talks:<\/strong> international artists present their careers and projects during conferences<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 Case studies:<\/strong> presentations from key international players in the mapping sector<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 Panels:<\/strong> discussions between artists and professionals to share experiments and stimulate reflections<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 Research and Studies:<\/strong> presentations of recent research or studies on the industry<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 Working groups:<\/strong> around 15 topics discussed in group, for a collective and prospective look at the future of mapping<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 Talents Connection:<\/strong> speed meeting between artists, producers and promoters<br \/>\n<strong>\u2022 Video Mapping Awards:<\/strong> indoor screening of the best mapping productions of 2025<br \/>\n\u2022 And plenty of <strong>informal time for networking <\/strong>between participants!<\/p>\n<p><strong>+ Video Mapping tour in Lille &#8211; Friday 10<sup>th<\/sup> and Saturday 11<sup>th<\/sup> of April<\/strong><br \/>\nAlongside IBSIC, attend the opening of the Video Mapping Festival #9 in Lille: about 20 creations to discover through a tour in the city centre!<br \/>\n250 000 people attended the 2025
